Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, altered, colored, washed, cut, or otherwise tampered with. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you experience any issues with your order.
